In 1989 Leo was in Warsaw Poland to report on the Political events taking place. Tadeusz Mazowiecki was chosen as the first non communist prime minister in Eastern Europe after WW2. In the same week Leonard Bernstein was in Warsaw to give a concert to memorize the outbreak of WW2 in Poland 50 years before. The films with these pictures were sent to an agency where the staff forgot to have them developed. That happened weeks later by Leo himself when was back in Amsterdam. The pictures were never published.
